Tomorrow’s dim sum meal begins today in the afternoon with making the wraps, fillings, buns, etc.. The dumplings and buns are ready for fresh steaming and frying tomorrow morning. Head Chef Master Ma leads the team in making hundreds of dim sum varieties every day at Jasmine.
