Senior Cook
Duties
Prepare, season, cook, and present authentic Cantonese dishes.
Plan menus and establish new dishes.
Plan menus for, prepare, manage, and present for catering services and banquet.
Order supplies, keep track records and accounts
Train and supervise food preparation workers.
Must have extensive knowledge of authentic Cantonese cuisine, and the use of Eastern Asia spices.
HOURS
Full time
REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma required.
10 years' experience as a cook for authentic Cantonese cuisine or restaurant.
Occupational certificate of cook or chef, or Certified Culinarian issued by authorized agency from any country.
COMPENSATION
Annual salary $44,616 - $50,000 depending on experience
